1.7m cash is nothing for a mining company and you can bet they will need more money in the next couple years. The most important things is the management and their ability to get more financing in good term. For the last 3 years sorry I am not so impress and the stock price is telling the market think that way

First, they're not a mining company they're a exploration company. Their net worth is in the ground (insitu) not the bottom line.  Yes management's ability to get financing in good terms is important, hence the move to get the sp to double digit. The last 3 years as you say do not impress you. Is it a turnaround story? The 1m market cap or anything less surly make it a good bet
