did they even do any work on their property and is 250 just to keep lights on and pay salaries for another few months 
there must be reason why they don't update investors   i may be wrong but probably nothing good going on otherwise they would release info

Equity financing has dried up for small exploration companies or all micro cap companies for that matter. They'll just grab 2 or 3 hundred thousand when they can to stay affloat until things get better.

Hence the reason for the consolation down to 11.5m shares. The sharestructure is set up for a large PP when the time is ripe.
