Performance is based on what? Who management is , RB was management in 2019 , Thomas fairfull  in 2018? At least AD is not giving up and is sincere in my opinion in wanting to restore FSD Pharma Hope the Lucid deal works out otherwise back to square 1. I can't support a company if there is no merit Step by step, first i want to see lucid close that's the main catalyst for me

There's that doubling down again.....performance is based on just that.....and all the contributing factors not just management......it also includes the actions or inactions of the BoD.....how their vision is being realized.....are they following their strategic plan.....are they making money.....are they progressing with product development........and it goes on an on......

The BoD waited too long to vote him out....and the gold proxy is a PR document just like the blue proxy.......and as I've said before.....if AD did not need FSD to fund the Lcid deal.....Raza would still be CEO....as soon as Lucid was on the table....AD couldn't move fast enough to take over....
