FSD will offer new product alternatives

FSD Pharma to acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding shares Lucid Psycheceuticals in a deal valued at about $9 million in FSD stock. With this merger, FSD will offer new product alternatives to its customers, which makes it an attractive investment.

Don't you think investors will be concerned about FSD's past performance and mismanagement....as well as inaction by the BoD to stop it in a timely manner......and that Anthony Durkacz may be the new CEO but has been with the comapny on the BoD since day one which will bring legitimate concerns to investors as well......so all those nasty little facts that don't put FSD in the best ...more
