As I thought, ty, figured all you had to say was the cash. That cash has never moved and has been your go to the whole time. They will ever use that cash. Thanks again for the link, I'm surprised you know how to find it but not be able to understand what it has shown for 3 years

If they are able to sell the facility that would be $21,000,000 on top of what they have now That's a HUGE IF though but nevertheless still important to mention that point,.

They will never get $21M for the facility which has been for sale for about 2yrs now.....but Rosenberg is still using that as a valuation for the company and includes it as an asset which is misleading.....right now it's an operational expense....a very expensive one at that......Rosenberg should look into the cost of keeping the lights on in that place.......then add that to the salaries
