If I read this correctly-this is proof that he was offered a financial benefit-that he is an employee or contractor. He has denied this, here, and given his failure to disclose this relationship (he has said he is just a shareholder) he is as I understand it---  given his repeptitive posting of promotional materials-isnt he violating the OSC guidelines IMO, as I read them Any help here?
