We reached our all time high of .94c which was pre 201/1 split, which is now our all time low post and has reached .92c this am which is under half a penny post split. Bubbly anyone?

Forgive my ignorance, when this gets delisted on Nasdaq, do all the USA shareholders lose everything and does it effect us Canadian share holders or is our stock still safe? I am also assuming another RS would boost the Nasdaq value and of course destroy ours? Will they just use more of what's in the bank to buy back stock to slightly increase the value again, buy then another two week
