Shark tank Kevin Harrington Being Sued For Fraud

Harrington is being sued for fraud and AD still decided to bring him on board as an advisor....the optics alone are very bad for the company and considering that FSD was successfully sued for fraud....what a bonehead move....and investors seem to agree.

Despite the latest ruling regarding O’Leary, the case remains open for other defendants.
