Not sure why you're posting a rant about firing a CEO.....do you actually believe that the only way to prevent a CEO from harming a company is to fire them....the BoD can reverse any decision or action the CEO makes that they feel is detrimental to the company with a simple majority vote of the BoDs....no having to wait for the AGM....a session of the board can be called at any time....so it seems that the BoD at that time of whcih Durkacz and Saeed were a part failed to act on the best interest of shareholders and allowed and were complicent in all the decisions and actions Raza took....maybe it was just a coiciednce that all those decisions benefitted the BoD at the expense of the investors....you got it this time Rosenberg?

Looks like you didn't read what I wrote , you can't snap your fingers and kick out the ceo, it has to be justifiable for cause otherwise risk lawsuit against fsd (shareholders) I tried to explain this to you many times
