Do They Deserve Their Salaries and Bonuses?

Rosenberg posts that the BoD and management deserve their salaries and bonuses because they work hard for it. Any other opinions out there?

I said standard corporate salary is acceptable I would be concern if they worked for free . They have equity through options and shares that they bought so that means they would equally want to see the company succeed and I trust they would also want to see company grow and their investment. They don't deserve the amount of options, shares and bonuses they have awarded themselves to date imo. Cannabis failure, Anthony was directly responsible for the placement of Raza as CEO then wants credit for cleaning up the mess HE made. What exactly in your mind have they done or accomplished deserving of such rewards? Id honestly love to know.
