Did you even read the article Rosenberg....why don't you look closely at the terms....what do investors from FSD get out of it.....the BoD will make out great but nothing for the average investor...but look at the bright side Rosenberg....you might get hired to pump them too.

Pages and pages of information on each hire and how amazing they were and your favourite go to line always was "why would they come aboard if it was a scam" everytime we all questioned another piggie at the trough you'd praise their accolades and how obviously they only came aboard because of future success
