Yeah I don't think we will get those celly shares either. We were supposed to like in march or may, and not a word.
Management reviewed the Company's outstanding Options and determined that certain Options granted to such Participants under the Company's equity incentive plan (the "Equity Incentive Plan"), at exercise prices ranging from $84.50 to $189.15 per Class B Share, no longer represented a realistic incentive to motivate such Participants. When the F were they ever motivated. Thats what happens when you rip this stock twice with 201 and 65 splits and than continue to dillute again. Ridiculous. And the bonuses, yes, for what. Of course there is no incentive for motivation when your getting a bonus anyway. I wish I could on my 99 percent.loss.

Imagine if bonuses had to be voted by shareholders but of course, they made sure the shares are designed it's impossible to have a day.
I'd love to hear the logic of performance bonuses, what did you succeed in doing? Yes in a year you dropped the stock from $.150 to .08 cents and another RS but what else? It's amazing this isn't reported and investigated.
It shocks me they get away with everything. I can only hope all new potential investors look up FSD past before considering anything to do with this stock or Celly Nu if it ever actually becomes active.
My 8000 celly nutrition shares are all my hope

My bank says they may not ever become real shares. I called a week ago. It's not uncommon for companies to do this then never meet requirements and they get removed from the exchange. Not saying this will happen just saying what the bank told me. I would love to see these shares do absolutely anything so I can get rid of this mess once and for all.
