71 % INSIDER/INSTITUTIONAL OWNERSHIP

307 MILLION SHARES OUT    71 % INSIDER/INSTIT   OWNERSHIP    NOT INCLUDING LONG-TERM HOLDERS. Impossible to give accurate numbers on long-term holders but even if it is 20%  the actual shares trading would be somewhere around  80 million .
