Returning To The Fold!

Yesterday, someone put up a large block of shares for sale at 2 cents each. I bought them!

The precious and base metal sector is just on fire now! China is now re-opening and the market is taking some notice.

An investor needs a reason to buy.

The share price has stagnated and drifted, far too low! Few seem to have noticed the excellent work that Rockcliff has has been doing.

For so long, there has been no apparent need, by Hudbay to replace their Lalor resources.

This has changed! Hudbay is running lower on ore! It's being depleted and needs to be replaced.

And now, investors everywhere are keenly seaching for bargains.

RCLF is already at a rock bottom price. There is only upside from here! No more selling down. So there is little of that fear of losing, by investing here!

I was checking out Hudbay's Snow Lake website. Their remaining Snow Lake base metal resources at Lalor (proven, probable and inferred) constitute about 11,900,000 tonnes. Their Watts deposit contains about 3,150,000 tonnes (inferred). Their Talbot deposit contains about 2,450,000 tonnes (inferred). These satellite deposits contain a total of about 5,730,000 tonnes of base metal ore. Mines take time to build. Hudbay is likely feeling some significant urgency, to get started on their development.

With the advent of the electric heavy duty hauling trucks now available, the shipping expense of hauling ore over larger distances is now greatly reduced. The distances between Hudbay's Snow Lake mill and the Watts and Talbot mine sites are well within the transportation capability of the modern electric hauling truck. Hudbay utilizes renewable energy to operate their mines. So  they would just plug in their trucks and charge them up, in an environmentally friendly way!

This is the way to drive in the future! It has been nationally mandated to leave the lower carbon footprint!

Talbot is 35% owned by Rockcliff and they don't have to pay a penny to construct this mine!

 Hudbay pays!

Rockcliff's Tower deposit is only a short distance away so I expect that Hudbay will pursue the construction of this project, in a similar time frame and with a similar cost sharing formula. It would be most sensible get these two mines, moving ahead together!

Rockcliff and Hudbay will probably use a similiar joint venture sharing structure (35/65%) to develop all of their future mines. This split cost, exploration/development approach to mining most of their satellite deposits seems to be favoured by Hudbay, at least in the Snow Lake region.

Rockcliff has many, well advanced exploration deposits, now ready to go! Hudbay, only has to pick and choose!

Hudbay's own Snow Lake exploratory efforts have been focused on their present day mining operation. The Lalor extentions have been explored, drilled and added to their present day resource numbers.

By mutual agreement, Rockcliff Metals is responsible for finding the rest! This exploration/mining strategy will be mutually beneficial in the future.

Funding of Rockcliff's exploratory efforts has been left to Rockcliff to find.

That is why Rockcliff will be paid so handsomely by Hudbay's generous sharing formula, for each new mine. Rockcliff finds the mine, Hudbay builds it and both share in the reward!

And there will be many more mines to come! This region is a vast expanse of base metal and gold deposits, many which have never been explored or drilled!

Hudbay has let Rockcliff assemble a huge property assembly in Snow Lake, knowing fully well, that both companies are working together as a team!

Once Talbot and Tower become commercial operations, all future Rockcliff exploratory efforts will be fully funded.

Hudbay could always just buy Rockcliff out completely, because this company trades, so very cheaply!  But why would they choose to do so?

Teamwork will provide all of Snow Lake's future mines! Mining here will continue, for many more years to come.

As Hudbay states on their website: "Hudbay is on the cusp of an exciting new growth phase in Canada, the latest chapter in close to 100 years of history."

The best present day investment opportunity, now belongs to the retail investor.

Now is the best time to buy! It's not going to get any cheaper!!

                                                         All the best! Java

I must say a very eloquent post. I commend your thinking but sadly most of us that did DD already know all this. There is nothing wrong with being optimistic but sadly sometimes it runs up against reality. The reality here is a stock price of $0.025 cents. I believe most investors here have lost confidence in this company due to the stock price being so low in comparison to others with less. Many ...more
