Painting the tape.
Well they did it again as they did when the naked shorts had to cover. Closed us at .07 on a day when gold and silver junior resource stocks were running because of job numbers. I'm an octogenerian and have attended auctions all my adult life. Appreciate the quiet before the storm. The burst out buying by the 'smart money; aka fraudsters, was at.08 they want it lower, of course, but are confronted by a wall of strong hands. I know this is old stuff but there are a lot of small players here who are the designated victims. Tape painting is best done on Friday, especially in front of a long weekend. (So the nervous nellies can fret). There is no doubt that when the trigger hits a pile of nickle and dimers will go down with them. Is that why you are here? Cheers hawk

The point is simple. The closing price on the Friday of a long weekend is subject to suspicion. A rule akin to burying bad news in a weekend release and holding back important news to an advantageous time. Everybody who posts here has an agenda.
