2022-02-08 09:17 ET - News Release ( MWX ) " ... the Court declined to grant the broad-ranging injunctive relief which had been sought by Envirometal and instead granted limited relief that only restricts the Company's ability to disclose specific information to third parties... " " ... the Court refused to grant such broad relief to Envirometal. The limited relief ...more

I talked to a patent attorney and injunctions of any kind are difficult to get Why did mineworks dump that iron ore mine and give it to shareholders as a dividend via stock from the newly formed company they sold it to? Why did a minework employee who was named as a defendant immediately quick mineworx back in June/July when this lawsuit was filed? Cause mineworx is gonna take a dump Grab the 0.01 ...more

ETI COULD NOT get what it sought for in the court and you should know that by now. " ... the Court refused to grant such broad relief to Envirometal. The limited relief granted by the Court, which is not permanent, is consistent with an alternative proposal which was put forward by Mineworx and its legal counsel  ... " Out of court settlement is coming. AT.

Good point. Thanks. Isn't it strange that the Mineworx lawyers would propose any type of injunctive relief against themselves? It's almost an admission of guilt similar to seeking a reduced sentence for a crime you committed.  If MWX demonstrated, even in the simplest of terms, that they even possibly had their own unique chemical formula, the courts would not have ...more

" ... ( not ) to disclose specific information to third parties... " is an admission of guilt? Is that not the thing every company would do to protect their interest anyway? AT.

Read it again. They have been ordered not to disclose the ETI confidential information, not their own. (as if they had any) Why would a judge go so far as to order an interlocutory judgement against MWX if it was obvious they were not using ETI's formula?  If they are not using it, why would MWX propose and agree to an injunction on themselves? For MWX to attempt to "spin ...more

OK, Last comment. If the information was confidential enough that it mattered then why can they still continue on with the Catalytic converter business. Also, it talks about disclosing confidential information.  You make a substantial leap in saying that they are using the ETI formula.  If they were using the formula then I would suspect that ETI would have gotten everything they asked ...more

" Why would a judge go so far as to order an interlocutory judgement against MWX if it was obvious they were not using ETI's formula?  ETI could not get what it sought for in the court because it is NOT obvious that the formula used by MWX is owned by ETI.  the fact that a lot of researches on recovering pgm metals with OAR have been done by numerous parties may prohibit ...more

There are shades of grey with everything in life man. If a lengthy court case is coming, which it sounds like it is, and if I am an executive in a corporation and can offer up something that is entirely meaningless until such time that a trial comes to conclusion, why wouldnt I do this. Also, if Mineworx's release is a more complete story than ETI's (which it sounds like) then the issues ...more
