Hahahaha there was an hour and a half of .................other business at the AGM !!!!

Highlights
: Cehegin is viable at these IO prices but not a priority at this time

: The copper play is very much viable with copper at 3something a pound. Lots of investment interest in that play

: Timing has changed on IB play because, like Pearson Airport, it takes 3 times as long to "get through" because of staffing issues.

: Management ( and major shareholders) are /  and will be VERY financially involved in getting " all " over the finish line!!!  ( that was key for me)

: Rights Offering was the ONLY viable way to get this plant over the finish line 

I grilled them on many points but those were the highlights, and I left Greg with this.............." you haven't met a deadline yet, maybe surprise the shareholders and beat a deadline on the commercial plant". His current thought is "operational by year end" Now ........ we have heard that before approximately..........a year ago ;););)

I will be exercising ..........mostly based on " management and major shareholders have and will be financially supporting "the cause".

PS. Davis has spent in excess of $1,000,000 on their side of the business getting ready for a commercial CC processing plant.
