Debenture

The last two people I have brought into this investment I have directed to the debenture. Frankly it's a no brainer, make 15% while you wait for the share price to pop.  One way or another your a winner !!
Even if the share price pops in late Oct or early Nov. you can still wait for a year to convert !!!!
And yes it is TFSA eligible !

There are no accredited investors who are not aware of the 15 year old tfsa program. and they can buy the paper in the market for $.10 so they just net 10% interest.
