Company is failing. Who cares about iron ore?

This company is obviously failing, and the board is talking about iron ore.  I guess it helps distract from reality.  The reality is that the Regenx process does not work.  If it worked, it would be working by now.  We waited 3 months for a boiler and a gas line.  We finally had a grand opening.  Now we have crickets.  We have a boiler; we have new pumps; we have big bags of ground up catalytic converters.  What we do not have is a process that can produce platinum.  What a colossal failure this has been.

"  If it worked, it would be working by now. " Alf, not to be nasty but I can't resist this joke. It occurred to me that if your brain worked, it would be working by now.

You are 100% right.  If my brain was working, I would not have bought this stock.  I listened to all the hype from Greg and Rick.  Maybe these guys really did think they could make this work.  I should have listened to logic.  Logic tells me that a science experiment is completely different from large scale, high speed production.  Logic tells me that not realizing a ...more

Apparently Alf ran out of meds .......................  just shaking my head at this blither !!  Call and find out what the delay is !!!!!!!  The cake feeding is over. Many of us know what's up, find out for yourself ! The alien wears me out........ RR

Therancher, the stock is now down to a $.05 ask on heavy volume.  There has not been a peep from this company in over 3 weeks about any progress in running the process.  The last announcement was regarding recovery rates on October 16.  They just had a "grand opening", but there is no indication whatsoever that there is any progress on running 2.5 tonne/day. You must ...more

Alf. The company does not manufacture stock prices. You continue to be baffled. Alf, not to be nasty but I can't resist this joke. It occurred to me that if your brain worked, it would be working by now.

KevinOleary, investors "manufacture" the stock price, and investors have obviously lost confidence in management.     This is from an interview on June 19, 2023: Greg Pendura: "We've built our first module which is about two-thirds it's a way through commissioning.  It will be in full production by the end of June or first part of July.  One ...more

Comment by KevinOleary on Nov 09, 2023 7:25pm
There are 1k share trades only because there is no bid for the millions of shares that people want to sell. Every stock is like this, with people like Alf on these forums writing daily reports that they are looking for a supernatural power to make the price go up. Or they want the insiders to buy shares, or have some special promo campaign about a process that isn't proven, etc. All these ...more

KevinOleary, what the heck are you babbling about?  I am raising real concerns about this company, and you are going off on weird tangents.  Can you focus on the real problems? Are you able to address any of these issues? 1. Why was Greg, back in June, promising full production by July, and we still are not in production in November? 2. Why, after all the testing, did they not ...more

There are actually sound answers to your questions and it doesn't take much to look back at what the company has said to find them.  If you chose to put all that together or chose not to believe the company then thats on you.

And.........I text Pendura to call me and he did with in hours. I got a complete update. I have shared those updates in the past and no one seems to give a rats a$$ so go get your own info.................. The process works and it takes time on a new tech to perfect the process !!!!! There's much more positive but..........that's all ya get because too many of you don't appreciate it! ...more

Therancher, I for one would appreciate you updating the board with whatever information you have.  I try to give any useful information a thumbs up.  Me contacting Greg separately really serves no purpose except to waste his time.  I am not buying or selling any shares at this point.

Hi Alf, Perhaps I can shed some light on some of yout questions. I was a process engineer for a large ceramics company. They purchased my fathers factory, in order to make a white dinnerware. The ware had black specks when it came out of the kiln. The elderly engineer spent many thousands of dollars trying to eliminate the problem. I mentioned my father had previously installed a new gas line ...more

The search for stupidity answers and stupidity leaders continues with these desperation ideas. 1 "many engineers are book smart intelligent people, with zero common sense." Balls nailed it hard on that post!!!  I ?wonder? Does David Morgan hold any RGX shares? He touted ETI big time and would have gotten plowed when Pendura headed out because those shares went into a tailspin in that time frame. Is he one of the Mr. 500 bunch??  Pure guess.............. Thnaks, Therancher.  Please feel free to report anything you have from the horse's mouth.  I know some people will not believe you because no one trusts people on message boards.  I have read your previous posts, and you seem pretty genuine to me, so I will listen to what you say.

Ballsofire, point taken on engineering problems.  Sometimes there is a simple fix like filtering a gas line.  Since the gas line was the only variable that changed, it should have been obvious to the old engineer that it was the likely problem.  I am an industrial engineer, so I know more about fixing manufacturing processes.  The key to manufacturing is to identify and fix the ...more

Hi Alf, I suspect no news is maybe because there is constant hope a success will occur, but my take on the 2.5 ton per day should NEVER have been stated! Or, state a lower amount so when you hit that everyone is happy! Like the percentage or metals achieved being higher than originally stated. To me the bottom line now is are you getting precious metals at ANY amount? I'm wondering if say 2 ...more

Ballsofire, I guess they had to promise 10 tonnes per day so that they could justify promising $15M per year profit.  I would really like to see all the inputs in that spreadsheet.  Some people on this board think that even 2.5 tonns per day for module 1 is conservative.     It is hard to say if the 2.5 tonns per day is a reasonable expectation because they have not ...more

Alf, Talking to management, the 2.5 tons was being conservative in their expectations for module one.  I think the big mistake and I agree with everyone that putting timelines and revenue figures on a conceptual model that has never been done before is fraught with disaster and certainly misrepresents the difficulty to bring a new commercial reality to market. Management is certainly guilty ...more

You don't even have to call management with respect to greater than 2.5tpd capacity. If you watch all the interviews GP has done you see that it' was stated in one them that it is capable of more.  the most I ever take from a board is some laughs and maybe a thought or two to dig into, think about or verify. Your own DD is essential.
