Certainly not impressed with the error made in the filings. However, the corrected filings ( less by a multiple of 10) will show that everyone participated in the RO to a significant degree, and could be construed as belief by management that this will be successful. Apparently there is an update ( operational? or otherwise) coming shortly....

Why do you guys think that this was an error? The rights offering was at .75 cents per share.  When you file these reports you file them at the acquisition price, not the stock adjusted split/consolidation price.  That is why some of the items items show large negative share transactions.  I do not believe this is an error. That being said, I agree that most management made ...more

The rights offering was at .0075 cents..... In the filings it is at .075 cents..... It is an error....

This is why it was an error! Even when I was exercising my rights my broker got it wrong the first time and thought I needed to pay 10x what was required. 0.75 cents is correct, which is the same as $0.0075

brandnewguy2- Correction. You said Rick Purdy bought 13,M shares in R/O. Look again. It was  Pandura Greg who bought 9,065,329 share in the R/O. Greg had 4,500,000 shares before the R/O. Plus his 9,065,329 Sh from R/O he bought for $67,989. This gives him a total of 13,476,160 SH
