What micromanagement questions are you referring to that you need answered? If they expect full prod within 7 weeks that's all you need to know. There is nothing else to say, unless you want a daily update on which devices have been bolted on, how much material was processed that day, the titles of each new employee and how each person's training is going.  Etc.
