my oppion is that this shair dump back and forth  looks a lot familiar to what Jack Ball did a 2 years ago were he trade et back and forth mostlly to himself to lower stock price best thing to do is buy up all off his cheap shairs before to meny lose faith and dump there shairs to him very low price  he only has about 11 millon shairs last time i followed him  or it could be Dwayn Nelson and he had 30 million and he just starting up new leaching gold  company and he would like to see us fail ?

If you're right about ceo of (ETI) Duane Nelson (the correct spelling) dumping his 30M RGX shares, why would he do it if RGX is On a Trajectory for Success? Maybe it's ...not. I don't know. Duane nelson has been gone from ETI for allnost 2 years now nothing been hapening at ETI for long time now they sold allmost everything  shairs are down to 1 cent today  most off directors have resined and cant sell anny shairs looks like the ones that are left are just taking what ever there is left in wages .i think they will go bankrupt soon ? duane started his own leaching gold

Bigdo - That's fake news because it's prohibited to sell back and forth to yourself or related people. The exchange's and brokerage's computers will always catch that and reverse the trades. After a warning, your brokerage will make you transfer your holdings to another brokerage, because they are penalized by the exchange every time you perform that prohibited activity.
