a misfit among the juniors

I may be wrong but  it seems that of the majority of gold/silver stocks, this one has done the worst with one of the higher paid Ceo for an exploration co($500,000/yr) and with only 2 employees. Most of this seems like amateur hour; i.e, no internal controls on the executives and collaterizing the debt of $1000000 with the mine. A cheap way to get the mine.
