Pending transaction. It's been a month since announcement so hopefully another week or two we'll get an update.

.............. well here is some news for you.... the company will likely continue to circle the bowl. Over the last few years it has been Miraculins (MOM) Luminor Medical Technologies (LMT)and now Rise Life Sciences (RLSC) ...... ALL DISMAL FAILURES! A lot of people lost a lot of money by believing in this garbage! So what do you think now?

That's the kind of news I didn't want to hear...lol. How did it work when they switching names? Did they desolve the shares and everyone had to start back with new purchases? or was it a reversal split? Just curious. Cheers

There was a consolidation ..... 1 for sure, perhaps more, I lost count. I bought in a number of years ago on the diabetes testing, it was then called Miraculins. They were then based in Winnipeg MB and then moved to Montreal ( I think). Then they restructured, took a different direction in business (Luminor medical technologies) can't remember what their focus was on that one other than ...more

Thanks for all the info. I already bought into them a while ago, so I won't being anywhere. I found this article yesterday dating back to April 21, 2020. It looks like they're merging with Scientus Pharma if I'm reading it correctly.
