RMMI Board Member Dave Guebert

Very important information regarding long-time board member Dave Guebert. I would want to be aware of if I were a RMMI shareholder.  I have heard other questionable accounting has been brought to regulatory parties at other agencies that Mr. Guebert has overseen.

Also, Mr. Guebert currently represents he has held a CPA's license without expiration, in the State of Pennsylvania since 1985.  That license has been expired for 20 years.  This has been attested to by Mr. Guebert in his resume at multiple companies he is involved

Very concerning indeed.

RMMI still has Dave Guebert as an active director?  Just reading that Dave Guebert was the CFO for a company called Clarocity, Corp. (CLY), trade-haulted on the TSX-V when Guebert failed to file annual reports.  Company subsequently went into receivership last year after defaulting to creditors.  More bad news that RMMI needs to address.
