I've just picked up a few valuable shares! I just need a little more info, before I buy some more!
"Peter Smith
CEO Of Rush Rare Metals
Sir:
As a new investor in your company, I am interested in better understanding why you decided to focus your attention on the Boxie property in Quebec instead of the Copper Mountain project located in Wyoming? You must have some very good reasons to have done so. Clearly the potential discovery of a large Niobium deposit could be a significant game changer for the value of your company's shares.
However, what is the likelihood that the Quebec government would ever allow the mining of any Niobium deposit when the radioactive tailings from any such project could pose a significant environmental hazard and political problem for the government?
I fear that many other potential new investors and older present day shareholders may well be asking themselves similar questions. One might expect that a significant new discovery would raise the share price substantially. But would it really rise by much if it remains a project that could never be mined?
You seem to be about to make some new marketing efforts to convince new investors to buy into the project. But how is the company going to address this issue going forward?
Has the Quebec government given the mining and exploration industry some more recent 'heads up' that the current moratorium on Uranium exploration and mining is soon about to change?
I note that the most recent foreign electric vehicle and battery investment has gone to Ontario while Quebec seems to have been shunned by these same foreign manufacturers like a plague! Perhaps that may make some more influential eyebrows, rise in Quebec? Is now the time for some change in their direction of policy? Or for Quebec politicians is their failure to adapt to change destined to remain their main, modus operandi?
Francois Legault, the present Quebec premier, remains one stubborn and obstinate individual! Is he likely to change his opinion on anything once he has made up his mind? Perhaps he can, if the electorate, shifts its focus!
In Canada, the political winds of change are now blowing strongly in a different direction!
Like I said, Rush Rare Metals must have had some very good reasons to have given 75% of a most promising Copper Mountain project to Myriad Resources in favour of the Boxie project in Quebec. But how are you and your marketing team going to convince your present shareholders and any potential new investors that your decision to focus on the Boxie project was the best one to make?
I note that Myriad shares have now begun a significant move to the upside (they have raised their 5 million dollars) while our Rush shares continue to stagnate on the sidelines. Present day shareholders are continuing to sell! (Even though, I have taken some recent advantage of that!)
I am considering buying a few more shares since they still remain so cheap. But like others, I am a little uncertain as to the fundamental value of continuing to hold, longer term, an exploration play that may never be able to be mined. As a speculation, there may be some share price appreciation if any new meaningful discovery happens to be made!
How many tonnes of high grade Niobium would have to be discovered to make this property a commercial grade deposit? Could any uranium contaminant be successfully and safely separated out from the Niobium? Perhaps, if mined, a higher grade ore of some variable composition could be safely shipped out to a different provincial or American jurisdiction for processing if the Quebec government allowed it and if it was a viable economic possibility?
I do like your company's apparent desire to avoid unnecessary stock dilution going forward. As you say, some significant drilling may have to be done in the late Summer and early Fall. So you may have to do another smaller sized private placement in the interim. I did note that Myriad has done a significant private placement of their own. So we may soon expect some significant exploration efforts from them. Perhaps, some small amount of cash from them may soon come your way?
Good Luck with your present exploration endeavour that is presently underway! A significant new amount of high grade, surface grab samples, would never hurt the share price!
The property seems to be highly radioactive! That is most encouraging to me and formed the basis of my present day purchase. It remains to be seen if Niobium will continue to be found in amounts of almost double in proportion to the amount of uranium found along the length of the dyke. Is this radioactivity found consistently along the total 14 km length of the dyke?
Is exploration of the Boxie property shut down during the Winter season? At least the property is easily accessible during the Spring, Summer and Fall. That helps keep the exploration costs lower!
Is the Boxie property located on indigenous land? These native people in Quebec do seem to hate any prospect of uranium contamination on their lands even though other jurisdictions like Saskatchewan seem to have dealt well with the safe exploitation of Uranium.
Thanks again for your present day efforts in making the discovery of a good Niobium discovery a tantalizing prospect! Perhaps some nearby regional properties could be cheaply purchased or easily staked?
Sometimes investing in exploration plays seems like a risky gamble! I've just got the feeling that Rush Rare Metals could be a good one! Rare Earths are about to become highly sought after (China, the world's greatest supplier is about to close their door of export, tightly shut! And Russia, be damned!)
The Boxie project holds more promise than just higher grades of Niobium. Neodymium and tantalum may also be found here in significant amounts! https://www.rushraremetals.com/boxi/ Uranium remains a wild card. But it could become a major inducement to drive the share price, so much higher, if the winds of change, make it so!
Keep up the good work! It's good to remain positive!" Rush shares remain cheap and easy to get!
Myriad Uranium shares cost more and remain harder to get!
Take your pick! Or just buy both!
All the best! Java
