Spacex Starlink rural internet

Is whitespace internet already obsolete surpassed by Elon Musk's Spacex Starlink satellite proposal for rural internet development and roll out. Rural Canada is the first target and then the US.

Don't rule out Telesat Canada/LORAL and the Telesat LEO roll-out. They may eat Elon's lunch before he's even ready to enter the restaurant. Not just for Canada but for the whole world.
