Just checked Sedar...

Stephen Martin got another 7.4 million shares and 3.7 million warrants. He owns 33% if all were to be excercised. Currently sits at 26.87%

From what I found he is a lawyer in BC. Over the years he has invested about 1.5 million in RVR. Hope he is in the know. Being a lawyer I am hoping RVR management would know not to screw with him. Hope he knows what he is doing and we can follow his lead confidently.

If you look up RVR's sister company, Stephen Martin is also a significant shareholder there.  You can also find Griffin Jones holds a stake in the sister company as well. Since the 2 of them combined own a majority stake in RVR I see the 2 companies merging. RVR is not currently trading on any US platform, but their sister company is. this is a very confusing company ,there PP monies have been filled almost exclusively by insiders the discloosure is very limited,there key guy Vern Fortthingham is probably worth 150 million a global icon in telcom only accepts non execitive designation . My view this will end one way or the other its either 10 or 20 times your investment  or its zero
