Why wait?

Wasn't rvr in a rural broadband test under ark? Why would you have to wait? You need a response from ark as to how the trial is proceeding.

Teakguy: Here's the problem. I NEVER had a problem getting hold of Robin at RVR and getting an update. Now, I can't get hold of him, even if a message is left. Anyone have any luck getting hold of RVR staff recently?
