Private placement

Private placement closed today. Hopefully this is the green light for some movement with this company. Would love to see this long awaited name change to happen as well as some development news on projects.

Thanks for the update Robin told me name change was coming very soon I assume there will be a merger with vern's company And a partnership to start a build out across the usa Bxr will be doing canada this is rumours
