only issue about what you said is, they can't start the second portion into they have enrolled 210 patient and have done the analysis to figure out the best dose. Unless they started by invitation while trying to secure optimal locations. Seems like the website updated today. Now they have 8 sites on the website. They have removed if a site is recruiting or not. They have also switched from recruiting to invitation. Now I'm starting to wonder how up to date this website is and if there is a delay.

they also removed the study contact at each site.... Probably because certain insecure investors were calling each site, grilling the medical staff on the status of the study, wasting valuable clinical time they could be using for to enroll patients.
