It depends if they have already invested in their positions or not. If they have yet to finalize their positions, any leak could possibly (probably) increase the value of that / those stocks. Why would they want those stocks to pop before they have finalized their positions....buy low sell high right? OR the previous rally in the sector was a result of them purchasing and the ...more

What happens if. ,,,,, Horizon has yet to finish accumulating their positions in the stocks in the sector....sector should pop a bit as a result no? Would it make sense to release the ETF before they are at what they think is a good starting point for their ETF?
