Paul Dickson was the president of Newnote (NEU) company failed to post financials, meet audit requirements, is now delisted. Phone number doesn't work anymore so buyer beware. I would definitely do some digging before you buy.

I hear ya' Twisted......boy , do I hear ya'......BUT, NEWNOTE is just delisted, not defunct, apparently. Why open a local farmers market in the middle of winter......newnote's focus on blockchain was ahead of its time.....I see newnote still has an active listing on the OTC......maybe we'll see life out of them yet.....imo .......The world is slowly waking up to Fintech/blockchain.

I sure hope you are right, everyday I get the reminder when I see the ticker in my portf. , but called the phone number to see if there were any answers and its no longer in service, so I am not holding my breath.
