Accumulation is pretty obvious, everything else is a mystery

What is not so obvious is the next step(s) for this little shell.

I saw the Nov. 17th filing on the CSE site that stated that the names and allocations of the most recent private placement is "unknown at this time".  It is now Dec. 23rd, and no further filing indicating who participated.  

Looking for the next steps, then I buy some more.
