Why are guys paying $1.50 for this when the placement is down at $1. Doesn't it have to be within a certain percentage price wise of the placement price under the SEC regulations to get the financing closed? Or was I misinformed? I didn't think the SEC would accept a financing at a $1 if the price of the stock was say $1.50

First and foremost, PPs and financing are not my strong suit, having said that, this financing looks very different than most. I believe it's a good deal for all. we retail guys/gals don't have to worry about a ton of paper coming down the pipe in the future.

Do we know whether the PP was signed off on when the price of the stock was BELOW $1.00? If so, then it would have been beneficial to shareholders. Keep in mind, whenever Sprott does anything people are watching and the price of a stock will ESCALATE immediately. Would we expect the announcement to be made first, then the stock goes up, and THEN Sprott has to buy at THAT higher escalated price ...more
