DOES this mean anything?  I do not know,  does  any one out here know what this means?  THIS also is a very long flag, i heard  that a small flag is better,  is this right?   SURE not many shares FD on this one, and a VERY tight float,   does this mean it will be GOING UP?

I'd also like to know how these flags relate to start ups like this that have no real revenue streams and rely on basically good news releases? Doesn't seem possible to me anyway.

jmho but with explorers fundamentals tend to rule of technicals...but the fundamentals looks good for this fine explorer...perhaps the flag is confirming this....who knows...I love the safe jurisdiction of this company
