We have a third 'high' probability zone that needs to be tapped in Kansas, if that generates cash flow and we head into Wyoming I will be a happy camper. Yes, the only reason to use mail-in voting anywhere for the general population is to commit fraud, I'm hoping that was obvious to Mr. Jarvis and we get an announcement early this week about our plans to trudge ahead in Kansas.

I'm saying they didn't hit oil yet, they don't need Kansas to keep the ship afloat because mark said in the last statement they may be finished with Kansas. Of course they would be much better off if they hit oil. But they didn't and I'm sure there is a bigger game plan involved here.  I just don't know what it is but I trust the company to keep going.  The share

In the monthly report they are looking at other projects.  I would bet if Kansas is not successful the next play will be.    Mean while they pick away at the cheap shares.

 120 mil shares is one more chance imo.  I feel the risk was very low before mt evens.  Now the risk is going up.  If they don't hit oil at mt evens.  120 mil shares should get them into another play. Regardless at .055 cents I feel the risk is still very low but I have a lot of shares to unload so 120 is my limit.

Yes Barry a PP at a $1 would be plenty of capital to enter into another play IMO.

I have seen a few stocks with the base built and then a over valued private placement.  It's what needs to happen if Kansas fails.  If they drill one more well and we hit oil. All is well. If not they need to think outside the box.

It would all depend on what the path forward is and if a PP would be needed at all. It's just speculation on my part.

I don't think it's realistic unless they hit oil on the next well.  I have seen a .12 cent company raise money at .25 cents in the past.  What's your outlook moneymaker?  You are visiting for a reason.  Tell us your view on shoal point?

I search for depressed penny plays, no agenda other than making money. I have not established a view on Shoal Point fundamentally, just trying to decide if I can get this cheaper or not. 5-5.5 is a bit expensive for me right now. If they abandon Kansas altogether I think I can get it cheaper. If they drill and miss again, I think I can get it cheaper. If they drill and hit oil I will miss the bus

You could be wrong yes, you could be right.  It's hard to say.   This should have went lower but there was a wall built, that tells me this is as low as she will go. I could totally be wrong     Good luck on your decision.
