Reading this, it is not a contract win but a step in the right direction. A program has been accepted and now WTD/Sharc's project proposal needs to be accepted. When there is money to be made through some program establishment, it will probably attract competing submissions. Just so that we have an understanding what all this means. Am I wrong? I learned not to read their NRs too quickly.

bid now 29 pennies

Right on. The "step in the right direction" is that somehow SHARC was a participant in drawing up a boilerplate contract form for all comers in the waste heat recovery arena.  The result is a useful and practical document, but it has nothing to do with any sales of any unit.   The County has set aside a budget for three pilot projects -- not for the purchase of any ...more

The bottom line is that its a step in the right direction. More public awareness of Sharc's products. Which will lead to future revenues. Patience my friends. We need more news like this more frequently and of course REVENUE's

I am going to be a cynic simply becaise of this company's past and greatness that should have been achieved by now. Remeber all those agreements leading to 10 or 100s of millions? You are talking about things like this raising awareness. I ask you to reflect on sll of their distributors. Presumably they work daily on projects and clients in this market space and there are lots of them. Why ...more

This is NR summary headline on Stockwatch: "Sharc hopes to win energy recovery contract in Wash."

But it shows how far from an actual sale things remain. What actually happened in concrete terms that the Spitfire Crew is so pumped about that they could not keep it in their pants until after December 18th? Even at that, the date is only for the receipt of applications, not for approvals. Now there would be an announcement.  And if December 18th is a dud? What NR will be sent out then ...more

Can you imagine how long it must have taken to write this long newsrelease that probably takes an average person three reads to understand what is going on? An unnamed developer will be bidding on a project with something that involves SHARC. No idea what potential gains are to be had. But Vancouver is mentioned...are we going to see the kind of big bucks that have been flowing to us from that ...more

I'm not sure which news release you guys have been reading but the one I read is nothing but a positive for Sharc Energy Systems. IMO. One of the largest counties in the US is about to implement Sharc's technology, which is backed by EPRI.  This will lead to the revenues you have been waiting for. Hold tight!  The ride is just beginning!
Comment by Scanner454 on Nov 21, 2020 11:23am
ok!....which way is the ride going to take one?....i guess we all can conclude it is not the ride of iws right?

I am commenting on the news that they will likely be part of an application by a developer. That is not bad news. Put it on the list of dozens of projects already in progress that Mueller alluded to half a year ago. But I am a bit confused, aren't they refocussing the business away from district stuff? Well, nevermind, Mueller and shareholders will take anything they can get. As to the ride ...more

Well, I don't know, G1% I guess the latest one on hopes, hypotheses and speculative potential But there are a lot to choose from.  Some favourites will always be The China License Agreement is structured as a licensing fee that BRTT will pay to IWS for each unit sold in China. BRTT estimates sales of 1,000 PIRANHA units in the first year of the China License Agreement. Prior ...more

Just plain ugly. The exchange is giving them every opportunity to succeed, but then again this is not saying much since the exchange is a business making money off its members.
