Certainly better sales than my back-of-the-napkin calculations based on the slew of sales newsreleases. I note the "sales pipeline" of some $3.5ish million. I don't know what kind of things they include in there because they have certainly given the impression that they had more and bigger projects they were working on at the beginning of the year. This is not bamboo-like IMHO

According to the MD&A a sales pipeline is a 24 month outlook.  That is the first time they have actually stated an actual timeline for the pipeline, that I have noticed. How can it be Mueller states (last spring) the pipeline is over 200M and now Pannu states its 3.5M?  Is Mueller's pipeline timeline 30 yrs into the future?  I sure hope not! Maybe, thats why Pannu is doing

Good for you to taking the time to read the MD&A. Frankly speaking Mueller's numbers were always a joke and I dont say that lightly. It is time that he take a backseat to making public statements which is really odd given that he is the CEO and the Chair. Conversely, I do not fully understand this projection. Maybe it is reasonable, but I do not see how they can make it for 2 years given

I looked quickly. These are more along the lines of bids in client hands out there with no guarantee of success. So, this number can go up or down daily and will be somewhat of an indicator of their sales activity if they maintain it. I think the 24 month period is something that can be confusing without reading the description in the md and a. On a separate note, Mr. Pannu, as a CPA you will note

scanner- the balance sheet looks a lot better than it has in recent years. It should look even better as the covid vaccine hits the streets and Sharc starts bringing in more and more sales.

And another financing attached to the bottom of the newsrelease. Any sale is good, but the financing piece tells that they are still coming in too slow. Good thing it is up to 10 million at 30 cents and not 100 million at 3, if they can close it.

Geez, I didn't even pay attention to that detail. It is non-brokered so they obviously know the investees already. In the past they have not done well, if I recall correctly, and given just about a week to close this, they better not miss it....by much. I suppose it will be bullish if they are able to close it unless it is bought by those whose predictions have not fared well in the past. ;-)

can you- Good points.  The projections are very confusing.  If they only intend to bring in 3.5M in 2 years, clearly the new business model is not working.  They should be bringing in that in 1 month given the market opportunity. But, the covid vaccine is about to hit the streets, so that should get them back on track. I would suspect they would be aggressive in nature to capture
