The solution is not dilution

Nevertheless ... there is a flood in the bamboo patch.

But then again, who would not buy shares at 30 cents, when the market is barely holding above 40 cents.

Trickle down theory? Or water down theory

Or walking down the share price step by step in a pair of Green shoes

SHARC Energy has closed the sale of 1,500,000 common shares (each, a “ Share ”) on a non-brokered private placement basis at a price of $0.30 per Share for gross proceeds of $450,000 (the “ Greenshoe ”).

The proceeds from the Greenshoe will be used for general working capital purposes in support of its sales and marketing efforts.

Exactly, what happened to they need no more funds for 2021.  What could be the theory   behind it?  More dilusion.  If there is a demand for shares couldn't these shares have been purchased at market prices instead of a 40% discount.  If there was such a demand,  why wait 45 after the PP. Maybe another good question for Hanspaul. Oh well, onwards and upwards.

25% discount to market. But to answer your question, you are expecting someone to give up discounted shares and finders fees on the table?

No, not at all.  I would like a deal like that.  I'm a little disappointed considering Sharc said they needed no more cash for 2021.  Even though its not a lot of shares, it still dilutes the stock. I was hoping Sharc would not have to dilute the stock anymore in the future.

If anyone has any questions Hanspaul is more than willing to answer them. He explained to me the Greenshoe PP and how it all played out. The future looks rewarding from here. More news coming.

it is as the latest sale to denver never took place

I think its the Greenshoe thats causing the decline. I got an in depth reason to why it was done later than the original PP from Hanspaul. If they were to have expanded this reason further in the news release it may have been helpful for the market to understand. Apparantly they were waitng for the investor to free up the cash and it took this long to do it. I'm assuming it pissed off some ...more

It is unlikely that Greenshoe -- a practice that has been around since 1919 permitting an expansion of the number of shares available if the offering has been wildly popular with investors -- "pissed off some players" What probably pissed off some players is yet another flood of massively discounted, cheap shares  by way of a "private placement". Who would not be pleased ...more

Yup, selling product to clients or having a viable business, will increase the value of the company. But when you don't deliver and run out of money, you have to raise it. With no negotiating leverage, that will impact the value of the company, and the participants will get a better deal than non-participating shareholders. We are starting the n-th consecutive year that is promising to start ...more

It is to rely on a trite business model to say that corporate growth is achieved by way of sales of product, or sales of services, not by repeated sales of shares in the millions just to keep the lights on, the coffee machine working, salaries paid and "general corporate purposes". And the Jodie doll inflated.  Even in this case, the best price that could be wrung out of a share ...more
