PaperBoi, Alain has not made a dime in management fees or salaries. When he gets PP he is INVESting in the company. Hald warrants means they get rewarded for holding the share. You know very well his warrants will be exercised and kep in shares. This is an amazing endorsement from management for the company. He even exercised and kept his share and exervised 2.2 million options at OVER the PP ...more

PaperBoi, the fact that you completely do not understand that the CEO is getting paid ZILCH, and in fact capitalizes the company, is a bit surprizing. Who made you the expert saying the CEO deserves 175K and nothing more? In any case, i am perfectly happy having a CEO not draining cash from the till, like ALL the other nanocaps have had management fees that drained the company. The Management here ...more

PB, lets agree to disagree on some points. I holder WELL over 1 million shares and in it since 10cents. I am OK waiting 5 years and seeing this doing 50% per year as an investment. So far since 2018 it has done 200% for me. To each its own. I do not pretend to know how to run a company and do not feel the need to tell Management how to run it as long as the company is on the right path. You ...more

Hi PB, fair enough. I think you have to look at things a little wider. 400K is on maintenance, meaning if they do not spend on marketing and new integrations etc. This is good, it means we can be break even fast. I watched many interviews, and spoke to management. The real burn rate is close to 60K a month for a "Comfortable" budget, once we reach our 5000 direct users. 400K is on bare ...more
