Cash cow?
The cost/user seems 'high' for a company needing the service for say 50 employees for their in-house email requirements.
1,000 coys x $500, that's $1/2MM each month but will one company eagerly shell out $500/month, $6,000 p.a . Maybe they will, but perhaps they offer should offer discounts for corporate users based on inceemntal users.
At (say) average $7.50.mth/user for 50 employees, that is still $375,000/mth for each 1,000 coys but possibly they may more easily get 10,000 such contracts at that kind of discounted pricing...$3.75MM/mth. Okay, short of $5MM/mth but still a cash cow with great growth potential..
Their data centre is surely scaled for high user numbers with no increase in fixed costs. I imagine they could accommodate much high user numbers than the above right now.

hey mjh, ive been in this since 10cents. The cost for a business for data breach is average 3.5$MM according to study from ibM. For a business, who already pays a lot more per user, having private, non data mined non email phishing secure communications for 5 to 10$/month is peanuts.

paper, i guess you do not know how to read financial reports? they have 30K in revs last year and by the looks of it this year the reves will double up or more. Keep trading, make 3 cents up and down. youve been doing this since the 20s? Keep doing it at the 40's and 50's while the rest of us make 400% by just relaxing and waiting on the sidelines.
