Delay won't change the numbers!
I assume the delay is related to new management team who will need to examine and sign off on the financials. Prepare for the earnings call, shareholders meeting and get familiar with their new roles.
I am not happy about the delay but it won't changes the numbers and they are reporting on Tuesday morning which is a good sign.
It is also possible the delay is related to COVID19 as the auditors are likely backed up.
I don't think this a bad sign the earnings will be delay (they are allowed 45 day delay due to COVID19). The numbers will not change so the company has nothing to gain by delaying. I still think we will see quarter or quarter growth and lower costs.

Either way new month and the weekend after Canada day and Independance day should be a great way to start information dissemination. sometimes the good information just gets buried under a lot of noise
