What do those two posts have to do with SNA?  Does Star eliminate turbulence?  I know I'm being short sighted here, but enlighten me!

I'm thinking that since Star has a technically advanced system, it would alert the pilot to the changing dynamics of the weather. That is to say whether to change altitude or course. I'm not saying that star equipment has this capability, but just that it might.
