It was like every past AGM. The management looked worried. They do not have a plan. Reverse split not going to fly. bunch of ???.No straight answers. They dont have anyhting. Flightpath also not sure of when anything will happen. What happen to all the 20 some planes coming in April. shareholder asked questions of S3AI. He think it is just private company so that money can be taken out. He asked about finder fee and who the finder. asked abou how evaluation was done. He asked what S3Ai is going to do for Star. No answer by CEO/CFO, because he did not know what to answer and Chairman said sorry that S3Ai not present. He said there will be a PR with zoom link in two weeks, to explain what s3ai will do for star. basically they dont have anything and AI is also going nowhere. same BS. good luck investors hope it survive and have agm after agm again and again. VK was stil better. i dont have any hope

If those guys are unprepared for an agm and looks as such as you are describing, imagine when they are in an office trying to land a sale?  It's a whole lot of the same.  Now do you know why those LOI'S do not turn into sales.  Plenty of good stocks out there in the small caps that will perform well over next 2 years.

I went into agm excited and came out dispointed and hopeless. after attending so many star meetings, this one was the worst one. the existing ceo who is a cfo has no plan and doesnt even even give a proper answer. the chairman is hoping some one such as FPI or s3 brings a sale to save face else there is no hope. last year when the young man was the ceo there was so much excitement in the comany
