I have not posted in quite awhile. The third quarter financial statements were released yesterday.  Anybody know about the private placement in February?  I did not see any annoucement about it. The other interesting question is that the second quarter financial statements were release on February 29, 2024 with no mention of the private placement yet the third quarter statements state that the private placement was closed on February 26, 2024. Fully diluted the company is now at 1,948,690,897 shares.

I know what you want to say. all this consultatiion shares is for insideer guys. they make money and make fools of investors. i think now they are short on money and will do same bullshit stories like before to take money from investors. you all understand this regular every year or after few months stories to get money. some take salaries and some are consultant. just different ways to make money

I don't know how , but these guys should be in jail for cheering innocent investors @ fake orders and fake  other things witch i can not write here .
