How much % of Verano does sol currently own?  And will Verano go public eventually? If so when do you all think?

They own about 12.56% of Verano. Work out the IPO of Verano and work back to figure out the value per share in cash. IMHO I think this stock is highly undervalued. Verano was in line for the $850 million take over about a year ago. $850 million US is about $2.00/share in cash for a company trading at $2.21 without accounting for other assets held by SOL. I think an IPO could easily be double to
