Majesty altering terms of plan, likely just a formality to appease some shareholders. News here.

Agreed...it seems like more technicalities (for our purposes): 1. Legal Jurisdection 2. Membership definitions From my understanding, 57% of the shareholders have already approved the deal and the actual vote is still good to go.
