A friends kid goes to Cornell, and students there get tested weekly. Any outbreaks get nipped in the bud.Their Covid-19 rates are minimal. My nephew is at a large state university, where there is no comprehensive testing regime. Covid-19 cases are through the roof.

University of Michigan has a 'stay in place' order...on a side note.. my guess is 1 week from today approval. Glta
