Sorry to those who got stuck with this dud... Using a Saudi research group to do the validation was the first clue this thing was going to suck.

You mean Saudi Vax that has a one page web site with a picture of six Arabs sitting around a table and any tab you click on takes you right back to the one page.  Google SaudiVax not much there.
